● Reservation Required

All stays must be booked in advance.

 

● Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance.

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate early check-in before 3:00 PM, depending on the day.

 

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

 

Free Parking Available

Please note that while we provide a parking space, we are not responsible for any accidents, theft, or damage to your vehicle during your stay.

 

No Pets Allowed

(Except certified service animals)

If you plan to stay with a service animal, please inform us at the time of reservation.

 

No Smoking Indoors

A designated smoking area is available outside. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before your scheduled check-in date to receive a refund (excluding a 3.6% processing fee).

 

For peak seasons (New Year holidays, Golden Week, Obon), please cancel at least 7 days in advance for a refund.

 

Cancellations made after the above deadlines will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

 

If you do not arrive by 10:00 PM without contacting us, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the fee will be charged.

 

 

Damage & Liability

If any damage is caused to our facilities due to intentional actions or negligence, we may request reimbursement for the actual cost of the damage.
